Discover Who We Are
Macis Agrisysnet is launching employment opportunities in Karnataka and is placing employees in their localities. All eligible employees will enjoy a Salary along with statutory allowances and pension facilities. This initiative primarily targets individuals from government schools. This recruitment drive is a reflection of Macis's commitment to social responsibility and its faith in the potential of these students.
Macis Agri University: A Vision for Tomorrow
The larger Macis Group is furthering this vision with an ambitious plan to establish Macis Agri University. This new institution will serve more than just a theoretical learning environment; its mission is to develop a strong Agriculture Education System that integrates academic knowledge with practical skills. The university will also house a specialized Agriculture Training Centre aimed at providing hands-on experience, equipping students to face real-world agricultural challenges.
Importantly, the university seeks to nurture a new generation of leaders by creating Agri-Entrepreneurs. This initiative will equip students with the necessary business and technical skills required to launch and manage their own successful agricultural enterprises, fostering innovation and growth within the sector.
Our mission
Macis Agrisysnet's mission is to establish a network of Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs) in Karnataka. This effort emphasizes working together with various FPOs and the Centre of Excellence for Farmer Producer Organisation (CoE-FPO) located in Bengaluru to offer knowledge and assistance to farmers. The overarching aim is to empower farmers, make use of unused agricultural land, and deliver produce on a global scale.
Our vision
Macis Agrisysnet's strategy involves utilizing this FPO model. By partnering with various FPOs and the CoE-FPO, they aim to establish a robust network to:
1. Disseminate knowledge and information related to FPOs to a broader group of farmers.
2. Form new FPOs to incorporate more farmers into the collective.
3. Make use of unused agricultural land (up to 65%) to enhance production.
4. Provide produce to the international market, leading to improved returns for the participating farmers.
5. This model integrates the collective power of FPOs with a centralized, knowledge-driven approach to empower farmers and revolutionize agriculture in the area.
