About Macis Agri Sysnet
Mr. Madhaw Ciran – Founder & Chairman, macis Agrisysnet
Madhaw Ciran conceived the idea of macis Agrisysnet on November 8, 2016. However, after an unsuccessful demonstration that cost him everything, he returned to his village in January 2017. A misunderstanding with his family pushed him to leave home, and he began traveling from village to village in search of purpose.
During these travels, he observed a startling reality: a large portion of usable agricultural land lay uncultivated. Determined to understand why, he visited nearly 38,000 villages across Karnataka and discovered that nearly 68% of cultivable land was left unused.
Through conversations with farmers, he uncovered the root causes:
Lack of proper information on crop selection and modern farming practices.
Absence of capital investment and shortage of agricultural labor.
No direct access to markets, leaving farmers dependent on intermediaries.
Farmers had no control over pricing of their produce.
After a year of study, in 2018 he launched macis PASMART, a platform to create a direct market for farmers. Building on this foundation, in 2020 he formally established macis Agrisysnet, envisioned as a “corporate farmer” – a model to bridge systemic gaps in agriculture and empower farmers.
These experiences and insights inspired him to author a book titled “TAX FREE INDIAN MONEY.” In it, he draws a compelling parallel: just as oil fuels Dubai’s economy, soil has the potential to become India’s primary source of wealth and prosperity.

Empowering farmers for a better future.
